Customers need to provide samples or CAD drawings (in formats such as DWG/DXF/PDF) and 3D drawings (in formats such as STP/ICS), indicating the processing quantity, materials, precision and tolerance, surface treatment and special requirements.
After the customer service receives them, a quotation will be provided to you. If sample confirmation is required, we will mail the first sample to you for confirmation. If there is no problem after confirmation, we will carry out mass production. We will complete the production within the estimated construction period. If there is any exception in the delivery date, we will notify you in advance.
Since the products are personalized custom products, different requirements and quantities result in different delivery timings. Personalized custom products, once produced, are not eligible for return except for quality issues.

To accurately label information such as processing quantity, materials, precision and tolerance, follow these steps:

Processing Quantity:
 
1. Clearly specify the specific quantity value and avoid using ambiguous expressions such as "several" or "some".

Materials:

Precision:
 
1. Use internationally accepted precision standards for description, such as "IT6 grade precision" or "±0.01mm precision".
2. For shape and position precision, refer to relevant standards, such as "roundness tolerance is 0.02mm" and "parallelism tolerance is 0.05mm".
 
Tolerance:
 
1. Clearly mark the type of tolerance, such as dimensional tolerance and geometrical tolerance.
2. Provide specific tolerance values and the range of the tolerance zone, for example, "diameter size 50mm, tolerance is ±0.05mm".
 
When labeling this information, try to use standardized terms and symbols, follow relevant industry standards and drawing specifications to ensure the accuracy and universality of the information and reduce misunderstandings and errors.
